CA Prashant Kumar Bid

Mr. Prashant Kumar Bid is a fellow member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India (ICAI) having a professional experience of about one decade. He is M.Com., FCA, along with certification in Forensic Accounting and Fraud Detection and Goods & Service Tax and Diploma in Information System Audit from ICAI.

He is in the profession since 2011, started career with Tata Steel Ltd and later moved to practice in 2017 as a founder of the the Firm Prashant Bid & Associates. A Tech-savvy Chartered Accountant with a diverse background with exposure to Accounts, Audit and Managerial functions.

He possesses expertise in the fields of Indirect Taxation, project financing, accounting framework implementation and Financial Audits.

CA Mithilesh Kumar Jha

Mr. Mithilesh Kumar Jha is a member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India (ICAI) since1986 with Math(Hons) from Ranchi University and LLB from Calcutta University.

In his career span of more than 37 years he has worked with Tinplate Company of India Ltd (a Tata Enterprise) in different roles including as Chief Internal Auditor and Chief of Finance. Thereafter he was appointed as CFO in Jamipol (a JV of Tata Steel, SKW Germany and Tai Industries Bhutan). Post superannuation from Tata Group he joined Protiviti India as Director Accounts & Business Development. He is also an active Rotarian.

He has vast knowledge and experience in the field of Strategy Development and implementation, Financial Accounting, Treasury Management, Financial planning Direct and Indirect taxation, Internal Audit and assurance, all aspects of governance, enterprise risk management and internal control. He has adequate knowledge on sourcing, negotiation, contract management and supplier relationship management.

CA Varsha Goyal

Ms. Varsha Goyal is a member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India (ICAI) since 2014 with a Bachelor Degree in Commerce . In her career span of 9 years she has worked in managerial position with Tata Steel Ltd, Hindustan Unilever Ltd, Tata Steel Bhushan Ltd and DMB infratech ltd (real estate company) and received many awards and appreciation for her professional expertise.

During her engagement with the corporates she has gained expertise in Management reporting and analysis, Financial planning & Analysis, Financial Modelling, Internal Control, Accounting, System Audit, Internal Audit, Fixed Asset Management and Business process implementation. She has also led many system based implementations and automated many manual process.
